Art wise I am very much a mixed media assemblage sort of person, though I don't get time to do as much for me as I would like. I am one of the oldest serving design team member's for IndigoBlu stamps and will soon have a stamp line of my own coming out with them. I make samples for them for craft shows and Create & Craft TV. For the past week I have been up to my eyeballs in samples for CHA that I can't show yet until they have been made public.
I don't really have much art to show right now but here are a couple of older things.

Welcome aboard "Clare with paint in her hair" - what a great nickname! :) Mine would have to be something like "Sarah, her drawings might scare ya" :D
ReplyDeleteThat's an amazing portfolio of work, we're very pleased to have you join us
(and is that moustache tree a stamp? I have a mozzy obsessed friend who would love that for her Christmas cards next year!)
Hi Sarah, its a whole A5 stamp plate full of tash's I just arranged them into a tree as it was released for Movember so it was near christmas. Its an indigoblu plate you can get direct from them. Let them know I sent you!
ReplyDeleteHello and welcome Clare with paint in her hair.Love the pics of your work, very stunning.
ReplyDeleteWelcome Clare and wow. Gorgeous work!
ReplyDelete...and i've just been to your blog and realised who you were! We've met a few times at Dina's workshops. Are you going to any in March?
DeleteI have done like 8 Dina class's now, wont be going to another, they all started to become samey if you know what I mean.
DeleteI know what you mean which is why I'm doing one day this visit. Everything else I already do so i don't see the point of doing something that's not new to me. I do like Dina though.
DeleteYour work is absolutely fantastic, Clare. I particularly like the hanging tree painting with the two pieces of wood, etc, as a structural part of the hanging. You really are inventive.
ReplyDeleteAs for not having as much time as you would like for craft/art, I'm retired but I still find it difficult to fit an hour or so in during a day, and then not every day.
Good luck with your new stamp line. Jez
I love your work :D that frame is gorgeous and another here who needs that stamp set. My eldest is 'tash obsessed and looking over my shoulder she just said she HAS to do that card for her friends this year :-)
ReplyDeleteWelcome and I'm looking forward to seeing your work post CHA. Love the moustache Christmas tree it made me smile.
